Foodman X-Ray Inspection System For Fishbone

Foodman X-Ray Inspection System for Fishbone is a solution designed specifically to detect small fishbones in fish meat. It ensures high precision and speed, making it an essential tool for fish processors aiming to enhance product safety and quality.

The Foodman X-Ray Inspection System for Fishbone is adaptable for a variety of products, including fillets, whole fish, and processed fish products. Its versatility makes it suitable for different production setups, enhancing efficiency and maintaining the highest safety standards.

Equipped with ultra-high-resolution imaging and TDI (Time Delay Integration) technology, the system captures detailed images, allowing for accurate identification of fishbones, even those that are often difficult to see. The Foodman X-Ray Inspection System is further enhanced by Foodman’s proprietary FIAP (Foodman Intelligent Algorithm Platform) image processing technology, which optimizes detection capabilities, ensuring no fishbone goes unnoticed.

Key Features

TDI technology
FDX technology has significantly improved the detection accuracy of foreign objects, such as punctures, and can detect as small as 0.5mm. Compared with ordinary X-ray machines, it has a higher contrast when detecting metal, glass and other substances, making foreign objects easier to identify.

Enhanced image processing algorithm
FIAP technology optimizes the image processing algorithm and enhances the ability to identify foreign objects in complex backgrounds. Foodman’s FIAP technology can effectively identify low-density foreign objects, including metal, glass, ceramics, bones, stones, and shells. It can also accurately detect low-density fish bones and fish thorns.

AI self-learning
The Foodman AI improves detection accuracy and speed by continually optimizing data models. It has created a database with almosta thousand types of fishbone by collecting and modeling numerous samples. The wavelet mutation particle swarm algorithm quickly searches and compares suspected areas for fast and precise identification of fish stings. In addition, its self-learning function automatically sets detection parameters, collects real-time data, updates quality reports and event records, and refines detection models without manual intervention.

The operating interface is simpler
Foodman uses the latest Windows operating system, 50-inch 4K ultra-clear screen, 17-inch
full-color touch screen, clearer image display, simpler and smoother design interface. It is
easy to operate, prevents data loss, and has built-in backup function.
